Imagine your mind is like a glass of muddy water (混濁的水). When you shake it, you cannot see through it — that is a busy, worried mind. But if you hold it still, or move it very slowly, the mud settles to the bottom and the water becomes clear again.
This week we practice moving meditation. Like gentle Tai Chi (太極), we put a hand on the heart, a hand on the mind (the head), and we draw slow circles around our body to feel the energy. We are not just sitting — we are shaping our energy with our hands, and shaping a little more peace in the room.
Best of all, this medicine belongs to you. No one else can make your heart calm — that is your own responsibility. When you choose to breathe, to move slowly, and to say “I am responsible for my peace,” you become your own gentle doctor.
